Apple Pie Roll Ups are a delightful and convenient twist on the classic apple pie. These individual treats feature flaky pastry dough filled with sweet and cinnamon-spiced apples, rolled up and baked to golden perfection. They're perfect for a quick dessert, a lunchbox treat, or a fun and easy baking project with kids.

Apple Pie Roll Ups

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1/2 apple (medium size)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Flatten slices of bread with rolling pin,
  3. In a small saucepan melt the butter. In another small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon to make the cinnamon sugar.
  4. Peel the apple and cut into small pieces, sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon sugar.
  5. Divide the apple between the slices of bread.
  6. Roll it up tightly, roll through the butter and then cinnamon sugar.
  7. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes.
  8. Serve warm and with whatever you like
