Asian-Inspired Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground turkey
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1/2 cup water chestnuts, chopped
• 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
• 1 head iceberg lettuce, leaves separated

Directions:

1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add ground turkey, cook until browned.
4. Stir in soy sauce and hoisin sauce, mixing well.
5. Add red bell pepper and water chestnuts, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and stir in green onions.
7. Spoon turkey mixture into lettuce leaves, wrap and enjoy!
