Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground kangaroo meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 slices beetroot
  • 4 pineapple rings
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • BBQ sauce

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine kangaroo meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into patties.
  2. Heat a grill or pan over medium heat. Cook the kangaroo patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
