Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground kangaroo meat
 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1 egg
 - 1/2 onion, finely chopped
 - 4 slices beetroot
 - 4 pineapple rings
 - 4 slices cheese
 - 4 burger buns
 - Lettuce leaves
 - Tomato slices
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - BBQ sauce
 
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine kangaroo meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into patties.
 - Heat a grill or pan over medium heat. Cook the kangaroo patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
 - Toast the burger buns on the grill.
 - Assemble the burger by placing a kangaroo patty on the bottom bun, then top with cheese, beetroot, pineapple, lettuce, tomato, and BBQ sauce. Add the top bun and serve hot.
