Baked Cinnamon Apple Fries are a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional french fries. They are made with thinly sliced apples that are tossed in cinnamon and baked until tender and slightly crispy. The apples are typically served with a dipping sauce, such as caramel or yogurt.

Baked Cinnamon Apple Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 Apples
  • 1/2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
  • 1 dash Cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Peel and slice the apples into approximately 1/2-inch slivers
  3. Melt butter in small bowl, and toss apples with the butter.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon, toss to disperse.
  5. Place apples on baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for approximately 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
