Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- Oil for frying
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge the shrimp in the cornstarch mixture until coated.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the sauce.
- Toss the cooked shrimp in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
