Bang Bang Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • Oil for frying

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Dredge the shrimp in the cornstarch mixture until coated.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make the sauce.
  6. Toss the cooked shrimp in the sauce until evenly coated.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
