Ingredients:
- 200g black pudding, crumbled
- 2 apples, peeled and diced

- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- Whipped cream for topping
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the crumbled black pudding and diced apples to the skillet. Cook until the apples are tender.
