Ingredients:
- 500g Swiss chard, cleaned and chopped
- 300g potatoes, peeled and diced

- 3 tablespoons olive oil

- Black pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
- Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the chopped Swiss chard to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked potatoes and season with salt and black pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
