Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 tbsp butter, for cooking
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth batter forms.
