These Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies are a delightful treat that combines the flavors of creamy cheesecake and sweet blueberries in a soft and chewy cookie. They're perfect for satisfying your dessert cravings any day of the week.

Ingredients:
- 2 7 ounce packages blueberry muffin mix.
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 stick of butter, softened
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl cream butter and cream cheese together.
- Mix in the eggs, baking soda and brown sugar and mix until blended.
- Add in both packages of muffin mix and mix well, stir in white chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate dough for 1-2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350
- Scoop out 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough (medium cookie scoop) and place on baking sheet 2 inches apart
- Bake cookies for 15 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
