Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup diced onions
• 1/4 cup chopped parsley
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 4 hamburger buns
• 4 slices cheddar cheese
• Lettuce, tomato, pickles (for topping)

Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onions, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and form into burger patties.
3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
5. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet.
6. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each burger patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
7. Assemble the burgers by placing the patty on the bun and adding lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
