Bourbon Marinated Elk Steaks

Ingredients:

  • 4 elk steaks
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix bourbon, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and black pepper to make the marinade.
