- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms

- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Blanch the broccoli florets in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and set aside.
