Ingredients:
- 2 small acorn squash, halved and seeded
- 8 (heaping) tsp Wholesome Organic Dark Brown Sugar
- 4 tsp vegan margarine (or butter)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Line a rimmed baking pan with unbleached parchment paper.
- Put the acorn squash halves, cut-side-up, on the prepared baking pan.
- Put 2 heaping teaspoons of organic dark brown sugar, 1 teaspoon of margarine, and ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon in the center of each squash.
- Tent foil over the squash and bake 45 to 55 minutes or until the squash is soft and the filling is bubbling.
