Cajun-Style Fried Fish
Recipe Source: Mamas Recipes And A Few
Cajun-Style Fried Fish is a mouthwatering dish that combines the flavors of the American South with a spicy kick. Fresh fish, typically white fish like cod or catfish, is seasoned with a blend of Cajun spices, including paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. The fish is then coated in a light and crispy cornmeal batter and deep-fried until golden brown. The result is a crispy exterior that gives way to tender, flaky fish, bursting with bold Cajun flavor. Serve this Southern classic with your favorite sides, such as hush puppies, coleslaw, or fries.
