  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb frozen fries
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños

Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the flank steak with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
