Cheesy Egg Omelet

Ingredients:

• 3 large eggs
• 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add butter, swirling to coat the pan.
3. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and let them cook undisturbed for a minute.
4. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over one half of the omelet.
5. Using a spatula, gently fold the other half of the omelet over the cheese.
6. Cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted and the omelet is cooked to your liking.
7. Slide the omelet onto a plate, fold it in half, and serve hot.
