Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, oregano, and basil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
