Cheesy Garlic Herb Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

• 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
• 1 cup warm water
• 1 tsp sugar
• 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp dried basil
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

1. In a bowl, combine yeast, warm water, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
2. Add flour, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, oregano, and basil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp towel, and let it rise for 1 hour.
5. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
6. Roll out the dough on a pizza pan, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
7. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
8. Slice and serve hot.
