- 4 large portabella mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the stems from the portabella mushrooms and gently scrape out the gills using a spoon.
