These cheesy tostado melts are a delightful combination of crispy tostadas topped with a savory black bean mixture, melted cheese, fresh tomatoes, and green onions.

Ingredients:
- 4 tostada shells
- 1 cup cooked black beans, mashed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine mashed black beans, chili powder, cumin, and salt. Mix well.
- Spread a layer of the black bean mixture evenly over each tostada shell.
- Top each tostada with shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tostadas.
- Place tostadas on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes.
- Serve warm with a dollop of sour cream on top.
