Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Salad

Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Salad is a refreshing and satisfying dish that combines tender chunks of chicken, crisp broccoli florets, and al dente pasta in a creamy, flavorful dressing. Ingredients:
- 1 Ib penne pasta
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 3 chicken breast, cut up in chunks
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 salt
- 1/4 pepper
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions in the last 3 minutes of cooking add broccoli, drain and rinse with cold water and set aside.
- In a large skillet heat olive oil on medium high heat add chicken cook until done about 10-15 minutes remove chicken and set aside.
- In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over pasta mix, add chicken and mix until combined.
