Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Salad

Serving Size: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 Ib penne pasta
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 3 chicken breast, cut up in chunks
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 salt
  • 1/4 pepper

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions in the last 3 minutes of cooking add broccoli, drain and rinse with cold water and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet heat olive oil on medium high heat add chicken cook until done about 10-15 minutes remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Pour over pasta mix, add chicken and mix until combined.
