- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 bell peppers (red and green), sliced

- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
