Ingredients:
- 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Reserve half of the white BBQ sauce for serving.
- Coat the chicken thighs with the remaining white BBQ sauce and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill, skin side down, and cook for 6-8 minutes.
- Flip the chicken and continue grilling for another 6-8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve the chicken garnished with fresh parsley and the reserved white BBQ sauce.
