Tender grilled chicken thighs slathered in a creamy, tangy white BBQ sauce that adds a unique twist to your barbecue experience.

Chicken With White BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Reserve half of the white BBQ sauce for serving.
  4. Coat the chicken thighs with the remaining white BBQ sauce and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Place the marinated chicken thighs on the grill, skin side down, and cook for 6-8 minutes.
  6. Flip the chicken and continue grilling for another 6-8 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve the chicken garnished with fresh parsley and the reserved white BBQ sauce.
