- 500g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Directions:
- In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, black pepper, white pepper, ginger, and garlic for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until cooked through.
