Chocolate Covered Banana Pudding Cups are a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with layers of vanilla pudding, bananas, and chocolate sauce, and are topped with whipped cream and a cherry.

Chocolate Covered Banana Pudding Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix made according to package directions
  • 3-4 bananas sliced just before assembling to prevent browning
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • Chocolate sauce or warmed fudge sauce
  • Whipped cream or Cool Whip

Directions:

  1. Swirl chocolate sauce in the bottom of the individual cups.
  2. Layer Vanilla wafers, banana slices and vanilla pudding, then more layers until the cup is nearly full. Be sure to end with the vanilla pudding.
  3. Top with more chocolate sauce, whipped cream and chopped peanuts.
  4. Garnish with a vanilla wafer and a banana slice.
