Christmas M&M Cookie Bars are a festive and fun treat that's perfect for the holiday season. These soft and chewy bars are packed with colorful M&Ms and have a delicious buttery flavor that will be a hit with both kids and adults. Christmas M&M Cookie Bars

Serving Size: 16 bars

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp Margarine can use butter as well
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar lightly packed
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Flour All purpose
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • pinch Salt
  • 1 cup M&M's Candy
  • 1 package Cookies n Cream Chipits (white chocolate chips with cookie pieces)

Directions:

  1. Grease an 8 x 8 baking pan and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Beat margarine with sugars until light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla and beat on medium speed until fully combined.
  3. In a small bowl whisk together your dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda). Add to wet ingredients and mix to combine.
  4. Stir in both chocolates only until mixed through (do not beat as you will break the pieces).
  5. Bake 22-27 minutes, until they are lightly golden. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
