Christmas M&M Cookie Bars are a festive and fun treat that's perfect for the holiday season. Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp Margarine can use butter as well
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar lightly packed
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Flour All purpose
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- pinch Salt
- 1 cup M&M's Candy
- 1 package Cookies n Cream Chipits (white chocolate chips with cookie pieces)
Directions:
- Grease an 8 x 8 baking pan and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Beat margarine with sugars until light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla and beat on medium speed until fully combined.
- In a small bowl whisk together your dry ingredients (flour, salt, baking soda). Add to wet ingredients and mix to combine.
- Stir in both chocolates only until mixed through (do not beat as you will break the pieces).
- Bake 22-27 minutes, until they are lightly golden. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
