Total Time: 25 minutes

Serving Size: Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 orange roughy fillets
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
  2. Place the orange roughy fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  6. Serve the citrus glazed orange roughy hot with your favorite side dishes.
  7. Enjoy!
