Ingredients:
- 4 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, grated
- 1/2 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots. Toss to mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seed, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and stir until all the vegetables are well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld before serving.
