Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Spread half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared cake pan.
  4. Evenly distribute the fresh cranberries over the crumb layer.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped pecans over the cranberries.
  6. Cover the cranberries and pecans with the remaining crumb mixture.
