Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the cream cheese and mix until just combined.
- Stir in the milk, chives, parsley, and dill until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute.
- Roll out the dough to about 1-inch thickness and cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter.
