2 tablespoons Organic Grass-Fed Butter or Ghee
2 cups fresh or frozen Asparagus
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Black Pepper to taste

Directions:

Toss shrimp with salt and pepper.
