Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking spray

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, marinate chicken tenderloins in dill pickle juice for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In another dish, whisk together eggs and milk to create an egg wash.
  5. Dredge each marinated chicken tenderloin in the seasoned flour, dip in the egg wash, then coat again with the seasoned flour.
  6. Place the coated chicken tenderloins in a single layer in the air fryer basket, lightly spray with cooking spray.
  7. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar with a pinch of salt.
  9. Once the chicken tenders are cooked, sprinkle the sweet powdered sugar mixture over the top before serving.
