Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tostada shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
Directions:
- In a bowl, mash the black beans with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned black beans evenly on each tostada shell.
