Ingredients:

  • 4 bluegill fillets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:

  1. In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
