Ingredients:

  • 1 small head of cabbage
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:

  1. Cut the cabbage into thick slices and blanch in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
