Ingredients:
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp paprika

Directions:
- Cut the cabbage into thick slices and blanch in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
