Ingredients:
- 2 large onions, sliced into rings

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip the onion rings into the buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Coat the floured rings in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- In a deep skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
