Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the coated chicken pieces and cook until crispy and golden brown, about 5-6 minutes per side.
  4. In a separate saucepan, combine orange marmalade, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Cook over low heat until the mixture thickens, stirring frequently.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and pour the orange glaze over the chicken, tossing to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
