Crispy Pan-Fried Barramundi with Lemon Herb Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

• 2 barramundi fillets
• 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 lemon, juiced
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

1. Pat dry barramundi fillets with paper towels.
2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge each fillet in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add barramundi fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley. Cook for another minute.
6. Pour the lemon herb butter sauce over the pan-fried barramundi fillets.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
