Ingredients:

  • 2 barramundi fillets
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

  1. Pat dry barramundi fillets with paper towels.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge each fillet in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
