Ingredients:
- 1 whole duck
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, Chinese five-spice powder, water, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger to make the glaze.
