- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 10 small corn tortillas
- Oil for frying
Directions:
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic, and cook until vegetables are softened.
