Ingredients:
- 4 perch fillets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Directions:
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Dredge each perch fillet in the flour mixture, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the coated fillets in batches for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
