Ingredients:
- 6 slices of whole grain bread
- 4 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 4 slices of turkey breast
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer the first slice of bread with lettuce, tomato, turkey, and cheese.
- Add the second slice of bread on top, mayonnaise side down.
- Layer the second slice with bacon, grilled chicken, and more lettuce.
- Top with the final slice of bread, mayonnaise side down.
- Cut the sandwich into quarters and secure with toothpicks if desired.
