    Ingredients:

    • 1 cup dried green lentils
    • 4 cups vegetable broth
    • 1 onion, chopped
    • 2 carrots, sliced
    • 2 celery stalks, chopped
    • 1 zucchini, diced
    • 1 can diced tomatoes
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tsp turmeric
    • 1 tsp cumin
    • 1/2 tsp coriander

    Directions:
