Ingredients:

  • 500g spinach, chopped
  • 250g waterleaf or substitute with lamb's lettuce, chopped
  • 200g beef, diced
  • 150g smoked fish, flaked
  • 1 cup palm oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons ground crayfish
  • 2 tablespoons ground pepper
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, heat the palm oil over medium heat until it becomes clear.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the diced beef and cook until browned and tender.
  4. Stir in the flaked smoked fish and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Add the chopped spinach and waterleaf, stirring well to combine.
  6. Season with ground crayfish, ground pepper, and salt, then reduce heat to low.
  7. Cover and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and flavors meld together.
