Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Cut the dough into strips about 1 inch wide.
  4. Take each strip and tie it into a knot, tucking the ends underneath.
  5. Place the knots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  7. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the knots.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and brush with any remaining garlic butter before serving.
