Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
