Garlic Sugar Snap Peas

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. sugar snap peas
  • 2 tsp. coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper (more to taste)

Directions:
