Ingredients:
- 8 fresh figs
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Fresh thyme leaves for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut an X in the top of each fig, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Gently open the figs and stuff each with goat cheese.
- Place the stuffed figs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle honey over the figs and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is slightly melted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
