Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • Tzatziki sauce for serving
  • Pita bread for serving

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
