Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin

Directions:
