Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, ginger powder, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
- Place chicken pieces in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken, bell peppers, onion, and pineapple onto the soaked skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally and basting with the remaining marinade.
- Cook until chicken is cooked through and veggies are tender with a slight char.
